Human Development: To supply students with accurate information conerning the development, social, and emotional characteristics of man from birth through old age.
Death and Dying: To help students understand the process of death and dying and the five stages of the grief process.

To help students develop good hygiene and healthful habits based on their individual growth and development.
To supply students with accurate information in order to form a positive regard for themselves and their sexual development.

To supply students with information concerning the parts and function of the digestive system.
To furnish students nutrient information needed for optimum health and disease prevention.
